University of Maryland: Adolescent and Young Adult Center

The Adolescent & Young Adult Center at the University of Maryland Medical Center offers primary care, reproductive health, and testing and treatment for STIs—all in a youth-friendly, hospital-based setting. Services support young people ages 12–24 and include routine check-ups, chronic illness care, sports or camp physicals, family planning (including long-acting birth control), STI screening, cancer screenings, and HIV counseling, testing, and treatment. They also provide specialized transgender health care and support for youth living with or at risk for HIV through the STAR TRACK program.
