AIDS Action Baltimore (AAB) provides support, education, and prevention services for people living with or at risk for HIV in the Baltimore area. They offer help with things like financial assistance, access to HIV treatment and clinical trials, emotional support, and HIV prevention (including PrEP). AAB also offers peer counseling, a support services referral line, and educational programs to help people stay informed and take charge of their health.

I Want The Kit is a website that sends free STD and HIV testing kits right to your home. The kits come in plain packages to keep things private. They test for infections like chlamydia, gonorrhea, and trichomoniasis for different body parts. The site also offers info about STIs and lists places where you can get free condoms, testing, treatment, PrEP, PEP, and other support services.
Free kit orders and testing are currently only available to people living in Baltimore City, MD. If you live outside Baltimore City, testing kits are paused for now. You can use the CDC Clinic Finder to find a nearby STI clinic.

It’s both a community and hospital-based clinic, with a focus on making care youth-friendly and easy to access. PrEPme is a free app for Android and iPhone that connects patients in Maryland to PrEP resources including a location-based list of providers that prescribe PrEP.
