The doctors themselves are really great! They are really smart and they take the time to explain everything.
But be warned — the wait here is very very long. If you want a good chance of seeing the doctor at all that day, you have to be there not long after they open the clinic in the morning. Also, you have to get a number and wait to even sign your paperwork to register… and then you sit down again and wait again for the doctor.
The interior of the building is very run-down — does not look like a pleasant place to even enter, let alone sit and wait for a while. Not bright nor inviting. Very little natural light. Seating is very uncomfortable.
Also, syphilis and gonorrhea testing are swab-based, not urine-based, despite what they may tell you over the phone. In other words, don’t bother drinking a ton of water beforehand. Pro tip.
