The Healthy Teens & Young Adults Clinic offers medical services for youth ages 10–24, focusing on reproductive health, family planning, STD/HIV testing and treatment, pregnancy testing, contraception (including IUDs and implants), breast and cervical health exams, substance use and mental health screening with referrals, health education, and counseling. Services are provided on a sliding-scale fee—no one is turned away for inability to pay, and insurance is accepted.

HEBCAC Youth Opportunity Center (HEBCAC-YO) is a program in East Baltimore that helps out-of-school youth and young adults aged 18-24 get back on track with education, counseling, and career training. They offer GED classes, career training in fields like healthcare, hospitality, and construction, and life skills workshops. The center also connects you to other services, like housing and healthcare, to help you succeed academically and professionally.

This community‑based clinic provides welcoming, high-quality primary care for children, teens, and adults. It’s part of the Johns Hopkins Community Physicians network and is now operated in partnership with Baltimore Medical System to offer expanded support to the community, including sliding‑fee care and free parking.

MOED Youth Services connects Baltimore City youth and young adults with paid jobs, job training, and career pathways designed to build skills and long-term employment success. Programs serve teens and young adults ages 14–24, including students, recent graduates, and out-of-school youth, and focus on high-growth industries across the city.
Key Youth Programs Include:
YouthWorks Summer Jobs: A paid summer employment program for Baltimore City youth ages 14–21, offering jobs with city agencies, nonprofits, and private employers while building workplace and career skills.
Youth Opportunity (YO) Baltimore: For ages 18–24 who are out of school and unemployed, YO centers provide GED prep, academic support, job training, career coaching, and connections to employment.
YH2O Career Mentoring Program: A paid career pathway program for ages 18–24 interested in water and environmental careers, combining mentoring, hands-on experience, and industry exposure.
Youth Partner Programs (including Grads2Careers): Free job training and certification programs for ages 17–24, helping youth prepare for careers in fields like healthcare, IT, construction, biotech, logistics, and more.

MIMA works to support immigrant communities in Baltimore by promoting well-being, economic development, and integration. The office identifies needs and opportunities that immigrants bring to the city while building public-private partnerships to strengthen these communities. MIMA sponsors events like Baltimore Welcoming Week, Immigrant Heritage Month, and the communityMATTERS Newsletter to celebrate and support immigrants.

The Choice Program is a community-based, family-centered case management approach to delinquency prevention and youth development. Focusing on providing support in at-risk environments, The Choice Program empowers youth and engages families through a multitude of services adapted to individual needs.

The League offers a wide range of services to assist youth in discovering interests & abilities, setting realistic goals, and preparing for and securing employment. Utilizing a supported employment philosophy, we promote the achievement of independence for each of our participants. Through the use of technology, individual support and person-centered planning, our program has placed individuals in a wide array of successful employment opportunities. Services offered include Career Assessment, Employee Development Services, and Employment Services including Job Development, Job Placement, Job Coaching and On-Going Supports.
