Southeast Community Action Center

The Baltimore City Community Action Partnership (BCCAP) operates the community-based CAP Centers that administer the city’s water, energy, and rental assistance programs. BCCAP collaborates across the community to connect families to the resources they need to move toward financial stability. Programs include Housing and Energy; Financial Empowerment; Food & Nutrition; & Self Sufficiency Case Management. Offers assistance with utilities and tax preparation as well as provides case management/ referral services. This program can provide emergency food when available.
