The mission of the American Red Cross is to provide relief to victims of disasters and help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies. For nearly a century, we have worked diligently to fulfill that mission on behalf of residents throughout Maryland. Youth & young adult volunteer opportunities are available. Our goal is to provide youth with meaningful opportunities for training, leadership, and community service. We empower youth to respond to community needs locally, nationally, and internationally through numerous leadership, education, and community service opportunities.
