HIV Nightline

HIV Nightline is a free, confidential phone service that helps people across the U.S. who have questions or worries about HIV. Whether someone just tested positive, feels alone, is stressed about medications, or cares for a loved one with HIV, Nightline is there—especially at night when most other places are closed. It’s often the only resource open late for support and immediate help after work or a risky situation.
