B’More for Healthy Babies (BHB)

B’More for Healthy Babies is a city-wide initiative led by the Baltimore City Health Department in partnership with Family League of Baltimore City and other community stakeholders to ensure all babies in Baltimore are born full term, at healthy weight, and ready to thrive. The initiative focuses on prenatal and early-childhood supports — including home visiting, safe-sleep education, breastfeeding support, and community health worker outreach — targeted especially to the city’s highest-risk neighborhoods.
