Baltimore Educational Scholarship Trust (B.E.S.T.) Leadership Programs

The Baltimore Educational Scholarship Trust (B.E.S.T.) supports academically ambitious, African American students from Baltimore with financial need through the independent school admissions process and beyond. B.E.S.T. provides admissions counseling, fee waivers, test prep, family workshops, and ongoing academic, leadership, and college-bound support once students are enrolled. Programs include the Molly Hathaway Young Women’s Leadership Program and the Redmond C.S. Finney Young Men’s Leadership Program, which help students build leadership skills, character, and civic responsibility. B.E.S.T. programs are invitation-only, and interested families must complete an online inquiry form to be considered.
