    I was a patient in BCRI. The understanding of the doctors was remarkable. There was a staff member who made the place feel like the standards were too rigid and whom I needed to just realize was a rotten apple. There was one nurse on the weekend shift and she definitely could h have had better training/better knowledge about burns.
