BHRC is a Baltimore-based nonprofit that provide a wide range of harm‑reduction services including free supply kits (sterile syringes, safer-use supplies, condoms, Naloxone for overdose reversal, fentanyl‑testing strips, hygiene items, and more), outreach, education and advocacy to reduce overdose risk, HIV/HCV spread, and other harms. BHRC also offers a mail‑based supply distribution that includes hormone‑management injection supplies (syringes, alcohol pads, etc.) for Maryland residents who inject hormones. In addition, BHRC runs community‑based outreach and drop-in supply pick‑up hours at their office and on the street, offering safer injection, safer sex, hygiene kits, Narcan, and other supplies — and they provide wellness sessions, referrals, and support to people in need.
