Baltimore Medical System runs health clinics in several Baltimore City public schools, offering care where students already are. These clinics provide check-ups, vaccines, sports physicals, treatment for minor illnesses, mental health support, and education on topics like nutrition, relationships, and substance use. Services are youth-friendly, and students can get care during the school day without needing to leave campus. These clinics are for students enrolled at the participating schools.

The Belair-Edison Family Health Center offers primary care, family planning, OB/GYN services, and a full-service pharmacy. This community-based clinic serves patients of all ages, including teens, and offers support for routine care, reproductive health, and chronic conditions. The health center is part of Baltimore Medical System and accepts most insurance plans.

This community-based clinic in Baltimore combines primary care, STD/sexual health, and OB/GYN services—all in one welcoming, inclusive spot. They also offer HIV testing and treatment, LGBTQ care, mental health support, pharmacy services, and more. Insurance is accepted, and sliding-scale options are available if you don’t have insurance.

The Healthy Teens & Young Adults Clinic offers medical services for youth ages 10–24, focusing on reproductive health, family planning, STD/HIV testing and treatment, pregnancy testing, contraception (including IUDs and implants), breast and cervical health exams, substance use and mental health screening with referrals, health education, and counseling. Services are provided on a sliding-scale fee—no one is turned away for inability to pay, and insurance is accepted.

The Harriet Lane Clinic at Johns Hopkins offers primary care and family planning services for children, teens, and young adults.
