Building Communities Today for Tomorrow, Inc. (BCTT) provides support to children, adolescents, adults, and seniors at risk of removal from their homes or transitioning back into the community. They offer services like Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Therapeutic Behavioral Services, School-based Behavioral Services, case management, and mentoring. BCTT’s goal is to help individuals and families build stability and connect with the resources they need.

The Maryland Department of Human Services (DHS) is the state’s main provider of social services, offering support to individuals and families across Maryland. Through its local offices—including one in Baltimore City—DHS helps with food assistance, housing, cash benefits, child welfare, and more. Their goal is to protect vulnerable people and support those in economic need.
