Building Communities Today for Tomorrow, Inc. (BCTT) serves children, adolescents, adults, and seniors who are at risk of removal from the home, community, or who are transitioning from residential settings back into the community. They also offer a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), Therapeutic Behavioral Services Program (TBS), School-based Therapeutic Behavior Services (SBTBS), case management, and mentoring services.

As the state’s primary social service provider, the Maryland Department of Human Services serves over one million people annually.
