The Baltimore Conservation Leadership Corps (BCLC) is a five-week summer leadership program for 18- to 21-year-olds from Baltimore City. Participants gain hands-on experience working on conservation projects—like maintaining city trails, restoring green spaces, and gardening—while building job skills and environmental knowledge.
