Youth development programs

The Office of Youth and Trauma Services works to prevent and mitigate exposure to violence and trauma for youth ages 11-24 years. This is accomplished through implementation of evidence based public health and human service models, and collaboration with community, youth and families. Their focus includes school-based violence prevention and intervention, suicide prevention, trauma informed care and mental health first aid training, and victim services.

Baltimore Conservation Leadership Corps (BCLC) is a five-week summer leadership program for 18-21 year olds from Baltimore City develop job skills, remain physically active, and learn more about the environment through a variety of conservation projects.

The Soccer Without Borders mission is to use soccer as a vehicle for positive change, providing underserved youth with a tool kit to overcome obstacles to growth, inclusion, and personal success.
