Vehicles for Change Inc. (VFC) empowers families facing financial challenges to achieve economic and personal independence through car ownership and technical training. VFC runs two main programs: the Full Circle Auto Mechanic Training Program, which gives participants hands-on training and certifications, and the Car Awards Program, which awards affordable, refurbished cars to eligible families.
