HealthCare Access Maryland (HCAM) provides health care coordination, education, and advocacy services to make sure Baltimore City children in foster care receive the health care they need. MATCH serves every child placed in foster or kinship care in the city, working closely with caseworkers from the Baltimore City Department of Social Services (BCDSS) and foster or kinship parents.
