Leaders of A Beautiful Struggle (LBS) is a Black-led grassroots organization focused on building power for Black communities in Baltimore. They develop youth leaders, advocate for fair public policies, and create new ideas to improve conditions for Black residents. LBS works to make sure young Black voices are heard in politics, education, and community issues.
