JOTF develops policies and programs to increase skills, job opportunities, and incomes of low wage workers and job seekers in Maryland. Programs include JumpStart, which prepares city residents to become licensed carpenters, plumbers, or electricians, and the MD CASH Campaign, which provides financial counseling, education, and advocacy.
