Homeless Persons Representation Project (HPRP)

HPRP provides free legal services, advice, counsel, education, representation, and advocacy, for low-income persons who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Additional services include housing and shelter preservation project, access to public benefits, reducing barriers to housing and employment imposed by criminal records, and LGBT youth homelessness.
