Dance & Bmore Youth Arts & Dance Programs

Dance & Bmore offers a variety of programs for youth and families, combining arts, mentorship, performance, and dance fitness to build creativity, confidence, and community connections:

  • AMP Up! (Arts Mentorship Program, 16–24 yrs): Weekly mentorship in theater-making and music production with industry professionals, fostering collaboration and creative leadership.

  • AMP Camp (3rd–5th grade): Two-week summer program introducing young students to acting, dance, creative writing, stage management, costumes, and community theater, guided by award-winning arts educators. Campers also have ongoing performance and mentorship opportunities beyond the camp.

  • Voices of Carmen: A youth-centered musical adaptation of the opera Carmen, featuring fresh renditions of Bizet’s music and original compositions. Youth participate in performance and post-show dialogue exploring conflict resolution and personal growth.

  • FazaFam Family Jam: Baltimore’s family dance party with lively games and music in styles like Salsa, Disco, Hip-Hop, Caribbean, and Motown. Parents and children move, sing, and dance together in a fun, playful environment.
