Community Asthma Program (CAP)

- Going over medications prescribed by your doctor
- Showing proper medication technique
- Helping obtain an Asthma Action Plan from your doctor
- Showing you where asthma triggers are in your home
- Giving supplies to reduce asthma triggers in the home
