The Office of Youth and Trauma Services works to prevent and mitigate exposure to violence and trauma for youth ages 11-24 years. This is accomplished through implementation of evidence based public health and human service models, and collaboration with community, youth and families. Their focus includes school-based violence prevention and intervention, suicide prevention, trauma informed care and mental health first aid training, and victim services.

The Maryland Human Trafficking Task Force’s Victim Services Subcommittee provides a directory of resources to support victims of human trafficking. The directory lists organizations and agencies offering services, outreach, and public awareness programs across the state. It is designed to help state agencies, providers, and community members connect victims with the assistance they need.
