The Office of Youth and Trauma Services works to prevent and mitigate exposure to violence and trauma for youth ages 11-24 years. This is accomplished through implementation of evidence based public health and human service models, and collaboration with community, youth and families. Their focus includes school-based violence prevention and intervention, suicide prevention, trauma informed care and mental health first aid training, and victim services.

From domestic violence and child abuse to bullying and sexual assault, our groundbreaking programs, policy development, and public action campaigns are designed to build respect and healthy relationships. Our vision is a future without violence that provides education, safety, justice, and hope. The Resource Center provides extensive resources about relationships under content area labelled children, youth and teens.
Operating around the clock, seven days a week, confidential and free of cost, the National Domestic Violence Hotline provides lifesaving tools and immediate support to enable victims to find safety and live lives free of abuse. The Hotline provides highly trained, experienced advocates to offer compassionate support, crisis intervention information and referral services in over 170 languages. Visitors to this site can find information about domestic violence, safety planning, and local resources.
