Johns Hopkins: Leadership Education in Adolescent Health (LEAH)
The LEAH program at Johns Hopkins trains future leaders to improve the health of teens, especially in underserved communities. It brings together students and professionals from medicine, social work, psychology, nursing, and nutrition to learn how to work as a team. The goal is to reduce health disparities so that all youth—especially African American and Latino youth—can grow into healthy adults. The program focuses on leadership, prevention, and equity in adolescent health.
