East Baltimore Youth and Family Services (EBYFS) provides counseling and support services for youth under 18 years of age and their families, with the goal of promoting youth development and preventing juvenile delinquency. EBYFS also provides youth and their families with cultural activities, employment opportunities, educational referrals, crisis intervention, information & substance abuse assessment, parenting skills groups, school based services, HIV/AIDS prevention, and information/referrals.
