New Pathways

New Pathways educates and empowers disconnected young adults to overcome the obstacles placed in their path that prevent them from reaching their full potential. We help teenagers aging out of the foster care system and serve young adults between the ages of 16 and 24 who are at risk of falling behind, or worse, losing their way altogether.
We provide independent living programs for foster youth and foster parenting youth ages 17-21 (State-wide) and workforce development services for disconnected youth ages 18-24 in Baltimore City and County.
