The Intersection

The Intersection provides students with two- three years of civic engagement, leadership development, academic counseling, college preparatory programming, emotional and social support, and career advising. It is our aim to accompany every student with individualized academic, leadership, and personal growth/ health plans so they are equipped to attend and complete college, identify career goals, and serve as leaders in their communities.
The Intersection is dedicated to shifting expectations for Baltimore’s young people. We transform high school students from underserved areas into leaders with the skills to go to and through college, to engage in civic action, and to articulate and solve challenges facing themselves and their communities
