Baltimore Youth Arts (BYA) is an arts education and job readiness program that providescreative and entrepreneurial opportunities to youth, with a focus on those who have contact withthe juvenile or criminal justice systems. Our mission is to assist young people in gaining thecreative, personal, and educational skills that will enable them to become leaders in theircommunities.We believe that the arts are a path towards social, emotional, and educationaldevelopment
