AIRS provides comprehensive supportive housing services to the most vulnerable populations to enhance quality of life , emphasizing self sufficiency for low-income and homeless individuals and families living with or at risk of HIV/AIDS or other disabilities. Programs focused on youth include: Restoration Gardens provides permanent housing and support services for homeless or unstably house youth ages 18-24; CITY STEPS consists of a comprehensive array of housing and resources for homeless youth ages 14-24, including a resource center, transitional housing and permanent supportive housing; and GEAR (Growth, Empowerment, Advancement, and Recognition) – a workforce development program for youth and adults.
